Who can purchase products from our website?
To purchase from us you must be a UK resident. For online purchases, we can only ship to the UK.

How is your contract formed with Aylesbury Bullion Company?

When you add an item to your bag via our website (aylesburybullion.co.uk) and proceed to checkout you will be asked to enter your payment details and delivery address. On confirmation of the purchase, you are accepting our terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to enter the correct details and make sure your order is correct before you continue. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your purchase of sale with Aylesbury Bullion Company.

All orders are subject to acceptance from us. We are not obligated to accept your order and will do so at our discretion. You acknowledge that by completing a purchase via our website, you are obligated to pay for your order, should it be accepted.

What are your rights regarding the prices of items on the website?
We try our best to make sure our website is as accurate as possible but from time to time there may be a pricing error. If we discover a pricing error after you have purchased, we will contact you to see if you want to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund. If you confirm that you wish not to proceed with the order, we are under no obligation to supply you with said product.
The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all VAT that they may be subject to.

By providing the relevant information to us, you specifically authorise us to transmit or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, debit or credit card details or credit reports, to authenticate your identity and delivery address for the Products, validate your payment card and obtain authorisations for your payments for Products.

When will my items be delivered and how much will it cost?
We aim to dispatch items within 3 working days, using Royal Mail special delivery, we aim for your item to be delivered the next working day after dispatch. We do not post products out using any other postal service and upon delivery, parcels will require a signature. We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. Orders totalling £500 or more will be delivered free of charge. Any order under this amount will be charged a nominal fee of £6.50 per order.
The delivery address must be the same as the billing address of the account used for payment. We will not ship orders where these

addresses differ. This may result in your order being cancelled, and having to repurchase using the correct addresses.
Please note: we can only deliver items to addresses within the United Kingdom. If your postcode is within the Royal Mail exclusion list, please contact us prior to ordering.

What warranty do we offer with our products and or services?
Other than the warranties stated below or by law, we do not offer any further warranty or guarantee on products purchased via our website. It is your responsibility to inspect the products when you receive them for any defects or damage. If you do discover any defect or damage to the item, please contact us immediately and we will offer a full refund. If we agree with the defect or damage and you have paid for postage, this will also be refunded and we will cover the return cost to us. Items must be in their original packaging with all delivery notes and receipts included. If the products are found to be damaged or defective prior to you receiving through no fault of your own we will repair, replace or refund the item providing you have not used, worn or damaged the product yourself. Please contact us prior to returning so we can discuss the resolution. This does not affect your legal rights.

How accurate are the images and descriptions on our website?

Although reasonable steps have been taken to ensure the accuracy of photographs and descriptions, some items may differ slightly. We try to ensure images display accurate sizes but may be slightly larger or smaller than they appear. Please contact us if you would like more information on product dimensions before purchasing. Colours can vary based on lighting used to photograph products. If you require additional images, please contact us prior to purchase.
We take all necessary precautions to make sure product descriptions are as accurate as possible but occasionally these can differ slightly. We can provide any additional details required.

What are your rights to return a product?

You have 14 days from receiving your products to return them to us for a full refund. You must return them to us in their original packaging with all delivery notes and receipts included. You must post them back to us via Royal Mail special delivery, ensuring you have sufficient insurance to cover the item. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them. You will not be refunded for any postage costs unless you’re returning a faulty product. You will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the products back.
Refunds will only be given via original payment method.

Are there any non returnable products?
We will not accept returns on any personalised items or any items that have been used/worn.
If we have sized your item for you, please contact us prior to returning as we may not be able to offer a full refund.
