Delivery:
- For orders totaling under £500, a delivery charge of £6.50 will be applied.
- Orders of £500 and above qualify for free delivery.
- All items will be dispatched within 3 working days via Royal Mail special delivery.
- Our standard delivery service guarantees next working day delivery.

Returns:
- We offer a 14-day full refund policy from the date of delivery.
- Please note that postage costs will not be refunded.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, and it remains their responsibility until the product reaches us.
- Earrings must be in unworn condition if being returned for hygiene reasons.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging (box, receipts/returns note).
- To ensure a safe return of the goods for a full refund, items must be posted back to us using Royal Mail special delivery, with sufficient insurance to cover the item.
- Personalised items, such as size adjustments or engravings, are not guaranteed to receive a full refund. Please contact us to discuss available options. We recommend discussing refunds on personalized items prior to returning them.
